DESCRIPTION:CANCELLED (01/06/2022): Due to inclement weather\, we and our partners have made the decision to cancel this year's State of the Community Breakfast. We will be processing refunds within the next 5-7 business days. Please let us know if you would like your purchase to remain a donation to the Chamber. Your patience has been appreciated as we have been monitoring the forecast. We apologize for any inconvenience.\n\n\n\nUPDATE: Due to inclement weather moving into our area late Thursday night\, we are pushing the start time of the breakfast to 9:00 a.m. \n\n\n\nWe are pleased to host the 23rd Annual State of the Community Breakfast on Friday\, January 7\, 2022\, at the Lexington Golf & Country Club. Elected officials from our three local jurisdictions - Buena Vista\, Lexington and Rockbridge County - and our state legislators have been invited to provide a review of this past year and a look ahead to 2022.\n\nDoors will open at 9:00 a.m. with the breakfast buffet opening at 9:15 a.m. Remarks will begin at 10:00 a.m.\n\nOur featured speakers for the event will be:\n\n \nMayor Frank Friedman\, City of Lexington\n\nMayor Bill Fitzgerald\, City of Buena Vista\n\nJay Lewis\, Rockbridge Board of Supervisors\n\nRonnie Campbell\, Virginia House of Delegates (6th District)\n\nCreigh Deeds\, Senate of Virginia (25th District)
