DESCRIPTION:We are looking forward to hosting our third annual "Cheers with the Chamber" fundraising event at Great Valley Farm Brewery and Winery on Thursday\, August 12th from 5-8pm! \n\n\n\nThe folks at Great Valley will be serving up their delicious beer and wine\, and setting the atmosphere will be awesome music by North by Burke. This has been a very popular event over the past three years\, so get there early for the best parking spots! We hope that you will come take in the beautiful scenery with friends to support a good cause.\n\n\n\nFirst awarded in 2017\, the Chamber Scholarship Fund was established in partnership with our Diamond Level partners\, CornerStone Bank\, Carilion Rockbridge Community Hospital\, Virginia Military Institute and Washington and Lee University. Awarded each year to one graduating senior from Rockbridge County High School (RCHS) and Parry McCluer High School (PMHS)\, the scholarships can be used for continuing education at any fully accredited 2 or 4 year institution of higher education.\n\n\n\n* We know that the circumstances surrounding COVID-19 and their impacts on businesses and gatherings are evolving once again. We will adjust our plans as necessary to meet VDH and CDC safety guidelines.
