DESCRIPTION:Laissez les bon temps rouler!!!\n\nMark your calendars and get ready to celebrate Mardi Gras with us at our 85th Annual Dinner Dance & Auction! We will return to Evans Hall at Washington & Lee University on Saturday\, February 26\, 2022. Doors will open at 6pm for cocktail hour\, including an open bar\, with dinner served at 7pm. After finishing up the Live Auction\, Soul Expressions Band will have us out on the dance floor from 9pm until 11 p.m.\n\nFormal Dress\; we encourage Costume de Rigueur\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe are currently accepting donations for our live and silent auctions. Please email Savannah at savannah@lexrockchamber.com if you would like to donate. Circle C Auction Company will be setting up this year's silent auction online\, which will be open the entire week preceding the actual event. This opens the silent auction up to the entire community!\n\nSponsorship opportunities are available Be a part of our Mardi Gras float and display your logo for $100\, or really stand out by being our Presenting Sponsor or Main Stage Sponsor. Tickets are limited this year so make sure to get yours soon!\n\n\n\nCOVID 19 POLICY - If you are vaccinated\, masks are not required\, but strongly encouraged when not eating or drinking. If you are not vaccinated\, we are asking you to kindly wear a mask. We will have "Mardi Gras" themed masks available at the registration table.
