Dr. Johnson has testified before the U.S. House of Representatives on apprenticeship-based workforce development and hosted congressional staff to highlight rural WIOA implementation. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Capital Development from the University of Southern Mississippi and an M.S. from James Madison University.
