DESCRIPTION:Goals of Event:\n\n  Students connect and learn more about universities/colleges/trade schools\, career\n\npathways and local businesses.\n\n  Students learn of employment opportunities\n\n  Businesses showcase employment opportunities\n\n  Students learn to network with employers and universities/colleges/trade schools\n\n  Universities/colleges/trade schools and businesses are provided the opportunity to\n\nnetwork with each other and with teachers/staff.\n\nYour Role:\n\n  Trade schools are invited to share requirements to apply and also to educate what\n\ndefines a trade school. It is encouraged for schools to bring an informational flyer for\n\nstudents to take containing important information about programs\, admissions\, etc.\n\n  Other universities/colleges are invited to share requirements to apply and also to\n\neducate what defines a trade school. It is encouraged for schools to bring an\n\ninformational flyer for students to take containing important information about\n\nprograms\, admissions\, etc.\n\n  Local businesses are encouraged to bring information about current employment\n\nneeds. This can be a flyer containing salary information\, benefits package\,\n\nrequirements to apply\, work hours\, and any other information. A signup sheet for more\n\ninformation about your business or to set up a time to chat more is suggested to have a\n\nrecord of student information.\n\n  An interactive display is encouraged since it invites individuals to learn more about\n\nyour organization. If you need ideas please do not hesitate to reach out.\n\n  We are asking if participating groups would consider donating a door prize item for a\n\ndrawing. Students will receive a bingo card to take to vendors they visit for a stamp that\n\nwill be provided.
