DESCRIPTION:The Chamber of Commerce serving Lexington\, Buena Vista and Rockbridge County hopes to "Keep the Cheer Here" for the second year in a row with their upcoming holiday donation drop-off event. Sponsored by The Georges\, the event will take place on Thursday\, December 9th from 8:30 until 11:00 a.m. at The Patton Room. The public is invited to cheers to the holiday and support our local charities by dropping off unwrapped toys or non-perishable food items as donations for The Salvation Army and Rockbridge Area Relief Association. This will also be an opportunity for new Chamber members\, those that joined in 2021\, to be recognized by staff and board members.\n\n\n\nLight refreshments provided by The Georges\, Pronto Gelateria\, Sweet Treats Bakery and other local restaurants\, will be offered for those dropping off as well as those would like to stay for networking.
