DESCRIPTION:Mark your calendars for the second annual \n\nLive Healthy Rockbridge Day on June 9! \n\n\nWe'll be celebrating health and wellness all next week\, and hope you'll join in on the fun.\n\n\n\nOur Live Healthy Rockbridge committee has been busy hiding our Rockbridge Rocks all over the county. If you find one\, make sure to take a picture and post it on Facebook with the #LHRB tag. Bring it with you to the Health Fair to win a prize!\n\n\n\nTake a Lunch Hour Stroll with #LHRB committee members BreAnne and Rebecca! Guided walks will depart from Hopkins Green next Monday through Thursday (June 5-8) at 12:00 p.m. and last roughly 20 minutes. You'll still have time to grab a healthy lunch before heading back to work!\n\n\n\nJoin us for a Health Fair at Hopkins Green next Friday (June 9) from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Vendors will be present to share information on healthy lifestyles and overall wellness. Visit them all for the chance to win an activity tracker donated by Carilion Stonewall Jackson Hospital!\n\n\n\n\nOur local restaurants are also joining the #LHRB movement! Many of them will be offering delicious and healthy snack and lunch specials throughout the day on Friday (June 9). Make sure to stop by your favorite eatery after leaving the Health Fair!\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe are partnering with the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank to be Hunger Heroes. Donate canned goods and other non-perishable items at our office (18 East Nelson Street\, Suite 101) next week or bring them with you to the Health Fair on Friday.
