Join us October 14–15 at the Virginia Horse Center for the 2026 Governor's Summit on Rural Prosperity — one of Virginia's most influential annual gatherings of rural leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders ready to shape what's next for rural Virginia. The Virginia Rural Center is a collaborative partnership of the Senator Frank M. Ruff, Jr. Center for Rural Virginia and the Council for Rural Virginia, which work together on a joint mission to work with policymakers and stakeholders to create innovative solutions and expand entrepreneurial opportunities to ensure economic prosperity for all regions in the Commonwealth.
