Dr. Chris Saylor is an accomplished business executive with over 20 years of diverse experience at some of the nation’s most successful companies. He currently oversees North American operations for the distribution arm of one of the world’s largest business services companies. Aside from being a seasoned leader, Dr. Saylor teaches advanced-level labor relations, motivation, conflict resolution, and negotiation courses in Penn State’s Organizational Leadership (OLEAD) degree program. Dr. Saylor’s current research interests include behavioral and relational leadership theories, and he enjoys working with leaders to help them contemplate the interconnections and interdependencies within their businesses, understand their workforces, and build vibrant cultures.
