James River Realty was founded in 2003 to provide professional real estate services in Rockbridge, Botetourt, Roanoke, Alleghany, Augusta, and Bath Counties and surrounding areas. Our offices are located at 214 S Main Street in Lexington and 11 North Central Avenue in Staunton.

We are a private, independent firm, locally owned and operated.
