Business Basics January 2024 - Emerging Business Program
Businesses are at the greatest risk of failure between year 2 and year 5 of operation. Often this failure is due to several reasons from a lack of capital, to inefficient operations and systems, personnel issues and even owner fatigue. This course will provide tools and strategies to help businesses through these pitfalls and prepare for sustained growth.
Businesses will learn to analyze problems early in the business cycle, gain knowledge and skills to increase operational efficiency, integrate strategies and systems to improve operational growth, position the business to secure needed capital, and analyze markets to make business decisions.
January 14: Pitfalls to business growth, strategic planning, daily operations, processes and systems, developing a strong team.
January 21: Finances and Cash Flow, Operational Management.
