We're partnering with the Rockbridge Historical Society for a ribbon cutting ceremony to pay tribute to the successful initiative to install 70 historic sidewalk stones in Downtown Lexington. Through their brief, snappy inscriptions, those granite pavers collectively chronicle both well-known and little-known lives from Rockbridge's colorful past, complemented by a growing website that both details and links them in greater depth.

Come celebrate the final cluster of 'Story Stones:' a new gateway 'launchpoint' at Lexington's central crossroads, on the corner of Main and Nelson Streets. Along with recognition of key supporters, the afternoon's festivities will be highlighted by Mark Cline's dramatic impersonations of both quirky and iconic Rockbridge characters
