Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the workflow of the job you’re managing while maintaining both efficiency and safety standards. This position works closely with our Kitchen & Bath Designer and our Flooring Sales Associate. You must have excellent organizational and communication skills to excel at this position.
• Install kitchens and baths as designed using provided blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Hang cabinetry, install fixtures, install flooring and tile, electrical wiring, and plumbing
• Provide quality control to ensure accurate installations based on industry standards and product specifications
• Ensure job site compliance with safety regulations and company policies in mind

Required Experience:

• Framing, trim, and finish carpentry
• Light plumbing
• Light electrical
• Demonstrated leadership skills with prior supervisory role

Ideal Experience:

• Flooring installation
• Water damage remediation and restoration
• Drywall finishing
• Painting

General Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and transportation to work
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Legally able to work in the United States
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay based on experience and within a range of $25-35/hour
