Hi! I’m Kimberly Hostetter.
It’s nice to meet you!
In case you are curious, here is a little about me; I was born in Northridge, CA and raised in a small town in the southern California mountains called Tehachapi. Growing up with my parents as successful entrepreneurs made me want to become an entrepreneur too. That is what lead me to originally start my real estate career in 2005, at the age of 19.

Fast forward to 2015 when I became a licensed Realtor in the Shenandoah Valley. Since that time, I have now had the privilege of assisting hundreds of clients in pursuing and achieving their real estate goals. Prior to returning to real estate sales, I worked as a real estate paralegal for one of area’s top attorneys’ offices as well as a Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics, a position which recognizes the top two percent of the company.

I love what I do and the people I get to work with! My biggest passion is impacting the lives of others in a positive way. This is something I hope to do while serving my clients. I work with both buyers and sellers in the Rockbridge County, Augusta County and surrounding areas with a focus on professionalism and building strong relationships.

I pride myself maintaining clear communication and being a tenacious negotiator for your interest, both which I believe are key during a real estate transaction. I am devoted to creating the best experience possible for my clients.
