Innovative Insurance Group is an independent insurance agency founded in 2015 after the merging of four prominent benefits agencies in Virginia – Benefits Group Insurance and The Denison Insurance Agency located in Roanoke, Weaver and Weaver Insurance Agency located in Lynchburg and Insurance Services South located in Kenbridge. The IIG Team has over 100 years of combined experience in Individual, Employee Benefits and Medicare Insurance. Innovative is one of the largest brokerages in Virginia with expertise in Human Resources as well as Affordable Care Act Compliance and Reporting.
