Our building is located centrally in Historic Brownsburg and sits directly on the Old Stagecoach road. The property includes a 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath facility complete with main living room, full modern kitchen, 2 dining areas inside and 1 on the patio. In addition, enjoy a vintage wine cellar experience which has the feeling of transporting you back in time; complete with a fireplace and sitting area, a wine jail, 3 options for music, and its own entrance to the Old Stagecoach road [route 252 / Brownsburg Turnpike]. Finally, in milder weather – which is often enough in this area, enjoy nearly an acre of property complete with a large hand-carved totem-pole, a barbecue station, a front and back porch, a rustic patio lit with Edison lights, a chiminea, a fire-pit and sitting area, and a well-manicured lawn to play your favorite old-time lawn game (croquet, lawn bocce, corn hole, etc.) or simply just enjoy walking the beautiful property and remember to stop in the Old Post Office and say hello to Bob, our Post Master.
