Old Dominion Realty Inc. is a full service, established regional real estate firm offering residential real estate services, property management, residential and commercial appraisal services, consulting, relocation services, commercial sales and leasing services. Affiliated services include auction services, mortgage services and settlement/title services. Currently, the company has expanded to over 90 agents and staff located in five offices in Virginia and West Virginia.

In 2005, Old Dominion Realty joined Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE), an association of the best-known local and regional independent real estate firms offering relocation and referral services. LeadingRE encompasses over 600 established companies in the U.S. and over 70 countries, with 550 firms and 135,000 sales associates.
