Food Connoisseurus is a brand new food truck business of 2025. The owner Tim Wells had a dream come true with this passionate business, which definitely shows in the plates he prepares. A chef for 22 years, he has the creations and flavorful foods you would not even think of. From a smoked salmon right down to a French fry, he has a gift for the culinary arts. With every bite you take, you can tell he loves what he does. The palette for foods he has endured is shocking sometimes as he literally can put anything together.
