Sentara Home Care Services provides high-quality home health and infusion services to help patients manage a variety of medical conditions from the comfort of home. We work closely with physicians to coordinate the multiple therapies and services each patient may require – from skilled nursing care and rehabilitative services to infusion therapy.

Our exceptionally trained staff includes Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses, Physical and Occupational Therapists to Medical Social Workers, Registered Dieticians, and Home Health Aides. These skilled professional caregivers are carefully selected so that you can be confident you will be treated with the utmost care and respect.

Home care services can be requested by a patient, physician, friend, or family member. A physician may prescribe home care for a patient ranging from follow-up care after surgery or major illness to helping manage a chronic condition. Patients can be eligible for home care services regardless of prior hospitalization. Our financial counselors can help determine insurance reimbursement.
